THE COOK

There is nothing that makes me happier than sitting down to a meal and knowing exactly where everything has come from. I’m taking my passion of sourcing local beautiful food and sharing it with the world. Some of it will come from Sungold Organics, the farm I help my partner run and the rest will come from awesome people that I’ve come to know and love in Southern Ontario.

Whether you are having a small gathering or a large event I offer my services in the form of platters, known in some parts of the world as grazing tables.  They allow me to have fun showcasing seasonal and local foods in the most delicious ways. Below is my pricing list. Please don’t hesitate to contact if you have further questions.

Working in the food industry is a competitive world with many different people making a wide variety of claims about their food. Vague statements of locally sourced food make it difficult for the average consumer to know the truth about where their food is coming from. I too am a part of “those people” making claims about the origins of my food, so I encourage you to always ask questions, and not to feel bad about it. It’s you who is consuming the product at the end of the day, and you deserve to know all of the details.
