My name is Paige and I am an educator who has long been involved in multiple areas of the local food industry. Some of these experiences include, managing farmers markets, setting up local food stores, farming produce, grain, animals, learning small scale butchery in tandem with on farm processing, soil building, and over 10 years in the food and restaurant industry.
I offer a variety of services under the umbrella of local food education. These services stem from knowledge developed through a deeply integrated food and agriculture experience. These services include, but are not limited to, farmers’ market management consultation, local food sourcing, workshops, and public speaking.
